For years PCPost Pty Ltd provided a full cycle mailing service to many companies, such as Dun & Bradstreet (Australia) P/L and City of Yarra Valley to name a few.  We also provided desktop software to create and send Telegrams from a PC, which also included some basic letter features.  This solution was called PCePost™.  A stand alone or network software package installed on the clients PC.

The year 2000... was a turning point for PCPost.  We all remember the millennium "bug" and how it was going to bring the "business" world to a stop,  we all know how this turned out!! 

During this time of transition in late 2000, many companies were very concerned as to what will happen? will the vendors software survive this time or would it just shut down resulting in data and information loss to the client. To address this issue companies began requesting vendors provide detailed information (Specs) on the software and guarantees that this would not damage the clients valuable assets. The only problem with this was no one knew what was going to happen, the only common denominator was the clock and database times and date residing on many software applications.

This had me thinking of a solution to avoid all the "Spec docs" and guarantees demanded by business that our desktop software was not going to cause or contribute to the millennium bug.!

So now we have the Internet Post office, bringing the world that much closer and providing a letter service via the internet.  No it is not email it is the printing and delivering of letters by the postman world wide.

PCPost is designed to offer an easy to use letter lodgement service via our webpage. The letter is printed in the country of delivery, no matter where you are, and then delivered by the postman. This process will save days if not weeks in mail delivery.

Now we introduce PCPostit, the desktop software option to web lodgement, simply install this great software and send your letters to the PCPostit printer,  your letters are then sent electronically to our agent for processing and posting.  Now you can use your web account to check history files, update credits and add users. You can also send your letters from the website if you want.
